Agnė Railaitė-juRkūnienė

Lithuanian pianist Agnė Railaitė-juRkūnienė graduated with the highest honours from the M. k. čiurlionis School of arts ( j. dvarionas’ class). She studied at the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre, and at universität Mozarteum Salzburg with Prof. Claudius Tansky.

In 2009 she received her art licentiate diploma (Prof. i. uss-armonienė; research supervisor assoc. Prof. dr. j. gustaitė).
Agnė jurkūnienė has won various national and international competitions as a soloist, chamber musician, and collaborative pianist in Vilnius, Kaunas, France, Italy, and Denmark.
She has collaborated with many leading musicians from Lithuania and has performed at numerous competitions as a collaborative pianist.
Since 2004 she has been teaching and working as a collaborative pianist at the national M. K. čiurlionis School of arts in Vilnius and writes methodological articles about the art of piano playing.
