Patricio Amezcua Zilli
Born in Xalapa, Mexico. Patricio began his musical studies at The Children’s Choir “La Pequeña Cantoría” under the direction of Argentinian conductor Ana Elgarte.

He obtained his bachelor’s degree in piano performance in 2014 from the Instituto Superior de Música del Estado de Veracruz where he studied with professor Nonna Nassidze Eganova.
He has been invited to participate in different renowned international festivals such as the Summit Music Festival in New York, and the Festival Arts and Drama cycle "Barrocs: musica, imatge i espectacle" with the vocal group Lettere in Música as part of the CONACYT foreign mobility program, with the Universitat Rovira I Virgili de Tarragona, Universitat de Catalunya, and the Escola Superior de Música de Catalunya, both in Barcelona. He was also invited to conduct the Isquione Choir of the city of Vilanova, and to collaborate with the tenor David Hernandez Anfruns at the Palau de la Música Catalana.
As a harpsichordist and organist, he has collaborated with the Coro de Madrigalistas de Bellas Artes, under the direction of Felipe Gallegos and Carlos Aransay, also in collaboration with the baroque orchestra Antiqva Metropoli.
As a repetiteur, he was in charge of staging the opera "Aura" by Mario Lavista, in charge of the company Escenia Ensamble A. C, under the scenic direction of Ragnar Conde.
He is the founder and conductor of the choir and instrumental ensemble La Cappella Novohispana & Concentus Harmonicus, promoting period instruments, and historically informed interpretation. Some of their most highlighted performances include the International University Choir Festival, Coffee Fest 2019 in the CDMX, International Festival of Sacred Art 2019, La Festa Antiqua 2019, International Festival Camerata 21, among others.
He graduated from his Master's Degree in Choral Conducting at the Universidad Veracruzana in 2018, under the tutelage of Dr. Daniel Hazan, Mtro. Josafat Melo García and Mtro. Lanfranco Marcelletti
